SG Routes is a route and delivery management application designed to help organizations and drivers manage:

• Delivery confirmations
• Route tracking
• Proof of delivery collection
• Driver operations

You agree to:

• Use the application only for authorized business purposes
• Provide accurate information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Follow company and organizational policies
• Use the application in accordance with applicable laws

Drivers are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate route information
• Correctly scanning assigned packages
• Updating stop statuses appropriately
• Providing valid delivery confirmations
• Uploading accurate proof of delivery

Providing false delivery records or route information may result in account suspension or termination.

SG Routes uses location services to support route management and delivery verification.

By using the application, you acknowledge and consent to location tracking during operational activities where required by your organization.

Users may upload:

• Images
• Videos
• Documents
• Signatures

All uploaded content must be relevant to operational activities and must not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

Certain features may function without an active internet connection.

Data collected while offline will automatically synchronize when connectivity is restored.

Users are responsible for ensuring successful synchronization of route and delivery information.

SG Routes may require mandatory application updates to:

• Improve security
• Fix bugs
• Enhance performance
• Maintain compatibility
• Meet compliance requirements

Users may be required to update the application before continuing to use certain features.

SG Routes reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if a user:

• Violates these Terms
• Misuses the application
• Attempts unauthorized access
• Provides false operational information
• Creates security risks

All application content, software, branding, logos, designs, and technology associated with SG Routes remain the property of SG Routes and its licensors.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the application.

SG Routes is provided on an "as available" basis.

We are not responsible for:

• Service interruptions
• Network failures
• Device issues
• Data loss caused by user actions
• Third-party service disruptions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SG Routes shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the application after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
